# Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cianhai. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

## 1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after payment, before the parcel is shipped.
Once the order has been sent to our supplier for shipment, cancellation is no longer available.

## 2. Refund Conditions
We accept refund requests only under the following situations:
- Item is damaged on arrival
- Wrong item received
- Item is significantly different from the description on our product page

Please send clear photos/videos of the defective or wrong item to Cianhai@protonmail.com within 7 calendar days after you receive the package.

## 3. Not Eligible for Return / Refund
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for these cases:
- You change your mind or no longer want the item
- Delays caused by logistics carrier, customs clearance or local postal service
- Damages caused by improper use of the product
- Items marked as final sale

## 4. Return Shipping
For approved returns, buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the error is from our side.
Our warehouse address will be provided to you after we approve your return request.

## 5. Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–7 working days.
The refund will go back to your original payment method. It may take extra time for your payment provider to show the funds.
